Mission Australia Housing Mission Australia Housing is an established and progressive, Tier One National Community Housing provider of community and affordable housing and also provides both tenancy and asset management services for a number of third-party organisations and private investors. Your Opportunity Midtown Mac Park is a new urban community in Macquarie Park, bringing together residents in a new and inspiring village. To successfully deliver a wide range of tenancy and property management services to clients on low to moderate incomes and clients with complex needs Key Responsibilities Conducting all the arrangements to lease vacant properties quickly and effectivelyWork with tenants to assist and support them in maintaining their tenanciesCarry out property inspections as required and completing required property reportsAttend court/tribunal hearings where necessary to represent the interest of the organisationEnsure tenancy and property records are kept up to date and information recorded meets the organisations and Regulatory standardsMaintain a strong KPI focus across a variety of performance areasMaintain positive relationships with external and internal stakeholdersActively contribute to developing and implementing strategies that connect tenants to additional supportRequirements for Success Demonstrated experience working with vulnerable client groupsCommunity housing experience or property management experience desirableKnowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act and NCAT process would be preferredStrong experience with Microsoft Office products for reportingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCurrent Drivers' Licence, WWCC and COVID-19 vaccination proof are essentialSenior First Aid Certificate or willingness to gain oneBefore starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
