You will provide end-to-end delivery support for all actions identified in the project initiatives and capability groups to which you are assigned. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather data, undertake analysis, and provide recommendations to Project Coordinators and Project Leads. You will also undertake reporting relating to the project, supporting the project team in delivering high quality customer service outcomes to all business stakeholders.
For this role, we will consider how well you:
- Complete end-to-end administration of specific initiatives and tasks including:
o procurement and tendering
o scheduling and processing of maintenance activities
o contract and contractor management
o process mapping, testing and reporting on project milestones.
- Maintain and strengthen working relationships with internal and external stakeholders through representation at various forums, engagement with service delivery teams and the Defence community where required.
- Undertake research and data analysis to provide accurate advice to the business and provide input to presentations and communications as required and assist in the completion of regular performance and project reporting requirements.
- Prepare and review documented business procedures and processes and assist in the establishment and implementation of business management systems.
- Manage workflow dashboards and action requests to progress and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Oversee data collection, reporting, data integrity and input activities.
Eligibility requirements
The remuneration package includes a base salary and funded 15.4% superannuation. Employment with DHA is conditional on successful applicants demonstrating that they are an Australian citizen, meeting the required medical standards, and obtaining and maintaining a security clearance at the required level.
