About the role
MGP Annual Leave reliever assists the MGP caseload midwives with their workload during periods of planned absence. It is on on-call position as rostered.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Current Midwifery registration with AHPRA
- Highly developed interpersonal and organisational skills
- A strong commitment to high quality care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Minimum 2 years post graduate-year experience in Midwifery with strong skill set across the maternity continuum
- Orientation to Eastern Health Maternity in Antenatal Clinic, Birthing Suite and Postnatal offered to external applicants prior to on-call commencing.

Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
