Milk Collection Operations Scheduler - 4 On 4 Off

National Transport Company requires a farm pick-up Operations Scheduler for their Strathmerton Depot.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will suit a focused individual who prides themselves on their accuracy, attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to;

• Data entry
• planning and scheduling of deliveries
• Liasing with internal staff including drivers and Admin personnel
• Customer service
• Assisting other team members and departments as required
• Flexible working hours to ensure customer expectation are met
• overtime

The successful applicant will possess the following skills;

• Experience in planning and scheduling
• Demonstrated excellence in telephone manner and customer service
• Excellent administrative abilities
• Ability to plan, prioritise and multi-task
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Reliable, flexible and team orientated

Experience in similar role within transport industry will be advantageous

4 on 4 off rotating roster.

Immediate start, Salary negotiable to experience.
