- Team Leading Area Manager's
- Refining and improving operational processes.
- Controlling and managing weekly, monthly, quarterly operational costs and P&L's
- Implement inventory management processes and checks.
- Quality and quantity control measures.
- Develop training schedules.
- Manage franchisee and store compliance.
- Identify cost reduction strategies.
- Leading the New Store Openings
- Monitoring Store Labor and COGs Budgets given by Ams to Managers.
