Mill Production Operator Opportunity

The successful applicant will initially commence employment as a general mill hand in our feed manufacturing operation and will receive training to perform all aspects of the production process. Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Pre-mix preparation and documentation
• Maintaining a daily focus on health and safety
• Quality sampling and testing
• Forklift driving
• Pellet press operation
• Basic maintenance tasks/minor repairs
• Following all work instructions, policies and procedures
• General cleaning of the workplace

• Have a flexible approach, including being able to work shiftwork and overtime
• Have good communication skills
• Be physically fit to undertake manual and repetitive tasks
• Be able to work in a team environment to meet all targets
• Be reliable and motivated
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills
