Seeking multiple Mill Production Operators to join the team in Pakenham.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic person looking to begin their career in feed manufacturing operation. No experience is required for this position as on the job training will be provided to the successful applicant. Immediate start available.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Pre-mix preparation and documentation
• Maintaining a daily focus on health and safety
• Quality sampling and testing
• Pellet press operation
• Basic maintenance tasks/minor repairs
• Interest in obtaining Forklift Licence
• Following all work instructions, policies and procedures
• General cleaning of the workplace

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have a flexible approach, must be able to work rotating shift work and overtime. (Day Shift, Afternoon Shift & Night Shift on rotation)
• Have good communication skills
• Be physically fit to undertake manual and repetitive tasks
• Be able to work in a team environment to meet all targets
• Be reliable and motivated to learn
• Basic computer skills
