About this role
To provide a range of high-level administrative and ministerial support for the branch. The role ensures the smooth running of the human resource and finance requirements and has a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate management of ministerial requests.
The position deals with sensitive issues and operates within critical timeframes that often depend on delivery by other staff or stakeholders.
Where you'll be working
The Executive and Ministerial Services (EMS) branch is the liaison between the Minister?s Office and the Health portfolio. The branch works with key stakeholders across the portfolio and manages a high volume of work with short timeframes.
EMS offers an opportunity to gain an understanding of the Health portfolio. You?ll be able to enhance your skills in communications, issues management, stakeholder relations, customer service and process improvement.
What you'll be doing
You?ll manage the HR and finance for the branch, process ministerial requests and support the service improvement function. You?ll work with teams across the branch to support EMS? goal of delivering exceptional service to our key stakeholders.
