About the Role:
As a Mobile Application Support Specialist, you will be crucial in working with our vendor to maintain and enhance our Mobile Application to ensure it delivers timely and reliable information to the public. Your expertise will help us innovate and improve our services, directly contributing to the safety and well-being of the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the optimal performance and reliability of the Alert SA app.
- Work with development tools like Postman and VSCode, and languages such as XML, GeoJSON, NodeJS, and HTML.
- Conduct solution testing and address complex issues through effective problem-solving.
- Communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Enhance app integration using AWS and other cloud services.
