This role will be remote and not based within a Beyond Bank Location. Some travel will be required.Job DescriptionThe RoleThis position is an integral part of the branch cluster team and focuses on generating new business opportunities to drive sales growth. Operating in a mobile capacity, the Mobile Banker meets customers at their preferred locations, ensuring convenience and safety at all times.In the role you will:

  • Identify and further develop networking opportunities
  • Generate and grow home lending in the Brisbane region
  • Demonstrate initiatives in generating new business leads in all areas including lending, insurance, wealth and business banking
  • Undertake quality consultative conversations with new and existing customers to accurately and fully understand their needs
  • Provide tailored lending solutions and exceptional customer service
  • Contribute to the achievement of business growth for the designated area of responsibility
Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout youAs a Mobile Banker you will proactively build community and business relationships that attract new customers and deepen relationships with existing customers and promote the Beyond Bank profile and brand.
  • Demonstrated business development experience and networking skills
  • Home lending experience
  • High-level sales skills with an exceptional member focus
  • Previous success in relationship management and identifying new business relationships
  • The ability to carry out needs-based conversations
  • Exceptional communication, organisational and time-management skills
  • The ability to make a positive contribution to the local community
  • Strong Lending experience is highly desirable
