The Role
PHSA are seeking an experienced Functional Assessor (OT, EP, or Physio) to deliver primarily one-off Functional Capacity Evaluations, as well some case management services to clientele across varying schemes including NDIS, Lifetime Care, Workers Compensation, CTP and Life Insurance.
Core tasks of the role will include a variety of responsibilities: Perform single service assessments, functional capacity, worksite, ergonomic assessments, manual handling training and pre-employment, and subsequent report writing.
Requirements:
- Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or ESSA (Exercise and Sports Science Australia)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a clinical or workplace rehab setting with experience conducting FCEs.
- Willingness to travel
- Have a current driver's licence and motor vehicle
