Purpose of the Role
Join our dynamic team spearheading the development of a cutting-edge mobile "Super App" for A&G customers. Take charge of designing and implementing a robust Design System tailored for mobile platforms. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to shape features and ensure seamless execution.
Position Accountabilities
- Lead design approach for greenfield Mobile App project
- Implement new Design System for future Mobile App capabilities
- Adapt UI/UX standards for Mobile App needs
- Collaborate with teams to ideate App features
- Gather business requirements with Analysts
- Validate ideas across stakeholders
- Produce wireframes and detailed high-fidelity designs
- Apply UX/UI best practices
- Use research insights for direction
- Adapt based on feedback
- Review and optimize user experience
- Manage timelines autonomously
Knowledge and Experience:
• 3+ years UX/UI Design, 2+ years in mobile design
• Strong UI/UX skills with innovative portfolio
• Led greenfield projects with diverse device expertise
• Technical savvy in software development
• Design System maintenance experience
• Front-end & native app development understanding
• Knowledge in finance, insurance products
• Adaptability to changing priorities
• Independent, proactive work ethic
• Proficient in wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Skilled in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Suite
• Clear presentation of design ideas
• Understanding of design methodologies
• Experience in usability testing and research
• Ability to work within technological constraints
• Agile methodology familiarity
• Conducted usability testing and A/B tests
