About the role
Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As the Senior Manager, Digital Products - Mobile & Website, you will be responsible for managing a diverse digital product portfolio, driving innovation and positioning Australian Retirement Trust as a market leader in digital customer engagement and service.
This role is available as a permanent opportunity.
About you
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:
- Proven experience in a senior digital product leadership role, with demonstrated experience in leading and managing product teams to successfully achieve objectives.
- Proven experience shaping and delivering digital product visions and strategies, including building commitment for the underpinning business value.
- Extensive experience in shaping, designing, and implementing digital product success measures (qualitative and quantitative) that are aligned to broader organisational outcomes.
- Extensive experience in shaping, planning, and delivering large and complex initiatives for Digital Products, services and broader capability within agreed constraints.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills to develop trusted and enduring relationships with business partners, including superior consultation, facilitation, and proven problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, coach, motivate and mentor staff to foster a positive and satisfying work environment. This includes working with staff from diverse backgrounds and promoting a safe workplace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, IT, Digital or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
