The Easy Living line of business aims to support the end-customer where they need it the most: Through domestic care, nursing at thome, rehabilitation services and home modifications, teleconsultation, psychological assistance after a hospitalisation, immobilisation or accident, funeral assistance after the loss of a relative or prevention and wellbeing services.
Mobile Device and Digital Risk (MDDR) is providing Insurance and services to protect customer mobile phone, electronic devices and home appliance against Accidental Damages and internal breakdown as well as solutions mixing technology insurance and service to protect end customers against digital risk.
These services are distributed essentially in a B2B or B2B2C context.
The Product, Management & Innovation (PM&I) Manager will work on;
- Market & customer research
- Strategic & product planning and management
- Project management of key initiatives
- Go-To-Market and Sales enablement
Your key responsibilities include:
Local Market & Customer research
- Identifying any specific Australian market trends, client needs (end customer and distribution partner) and competitive developments (e.g. both from private and public sector funding) - with a particular focus on life- and homecare
- Identifying untapped needs and business opportunities in Australia to support the growth and complement the existing activity - with a particular focus on life- and homecare
- Define corresponding opportunity and lead the local product development and implementation by steering and coordinating other involved functions (typically Operations, Networks, IT, Sales, Technical Product, Underwriting/ Pricing)
- Supporting global projects - in particular around Mobile Device and Digital Risk
- Monitoring local customer satisfaction and product utilisation and deducting improvement in customer experience
- Leading key technology initiatives including the development of a digital tools to enrich our offer and to streamline the customer and supplier journey.
- Defining key distribution channels through which our product can be offered Deploying & adapting central marketing campaigns to activate customer relationship and foster product utilisation.
- Developing and executing B2B and B2B2C marketing communications to activate customer relationships and foster product utilisation
- Performing compliance checks of Marketing material in line with local regulatory / compliance framework
- Supporting local/regional tenders or RFI (building sales materials incl pitches, training) in coordination with local sales teams
- Creating / adapting value proposition for all local tenders working closely with all stakeholders such as local operations, Product and Technical, and local sales
- Developing compelling sales material
- Qualifications in business administration, marketing, or economics
- Experience in Marketing or Sales ideally in the financial services industry or health, life & homecare-related industry or government/ NPF sector
- Good understanding of insurance / assistance products and capabilities
- Strategic mindset and strong analytical skills
- Generalist marketer or product manager with capability to deliver across multiple channels
- Project management skills and experience in driving projects / programs
- Autonomous, self-driven & results driven
- High level of customer orientation
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to produce high quality deliverables
