Qualifications & experience

- Excelent communication skills
- A positive can-do attitude and a passionate approach to all aspects of your duties
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same
- Work well with team members to provide exceptional customer service
- Comfortable navigating computer programs, software, emails and willingness to learn new technologies
- Problem solving skills (Both individually and in a group)
- Previous experience is customer service/health care (Assistive Technology) is favoured, but not necessary. We invite any motivated individual's with a willingness to learn to apply.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Empower individuals through personalised customer service
- Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store
- Enhance customer experience through learning our products and offering guidance
- Conduct rental and return transactions with efficiency and accuracy
- Build relationships with customers and professional client's
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, collaborating with team members where necessary to ensure superb customer service
- Show exceptional professionalism and integrity
- Gather feed back from customers and identify solutions to process improvement
- Meet service related KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
- Conduct in home demonstrations of equipment
