Page Personnel is currently recruiting for a dynamic Mobilisation Team Lead to optimise and lead Mobilisation processes at Australia's largest crane and logistics company. Initially, this role will commence on a contract basis with the progression to a permanent position.

Description
The key responsibilities of this role are but not limited to,
- Assisting the Planning & Mobilisation Team in achieving successful delivery of a Planning and Mobilisation function that aligns with the expectations of key stakeholders.
- Management of 4 direct reports.
- Taking charge of coordinating operational personnel and assets within the Planning & Mobilisation team, ensuring strict adherence to process and information standards (including data and reporting).
- Facilitating effective communication between employees and operational teams to confirm upcoming work assignments, manage availability, ensure ongoing compliance, and relay mobilisation/demobilisation requirements and logistics.
- Implementing and refining mobilisation systems for both current and future projects to optimise operational efficiency.
- Identifying areas for improvement within the Mobilisation Team and fostering a proactive, high-performing culture.
Profile
The successful candidate for this position will possess the following qualities:
- Extensive background as a Mobilisation Coordinator in the mining industry.
- Demonstrated track record in handling business-wide Resource Management responsibilities.
- Possesses an open-minded approach to challenges, fostering collaboration, while also having the courage to challenge opinions.
- Proficiency with planning and rostering systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibits a dynamic and diligent work ethic.
- Ability to adapt and respond effectively to evolving business and project requirements.
- Previous experience in managing a team or mentor-ship.
