The Opportunity
Are you passionate about operations in the dynamic world of mining? We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Mobilisations Administrator to manage the mobilization process for our East Coast mining operations.
About the role
- Coordinate the end-to-end mobilisation process for new hires and existing employees
- Booking vehicles for scheduled servcices
- Creating purchase orders and quotes
- Ensure all necessary medicals, including Coal Board medicals, are completed and up to date
- Liaise with operations, recruitment, and onboarding teams to ensure seamless transitions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee certifications and compliance
- Schedule and manage pre-employment and site-specific inductions
- Communicate effectively with employees, site coordinators, and clients to ensure smooth mobilization
- Experience in mobilising east coast personnel - highly desirable
- Minimum of 2 year's experience in a mobilisation role within the mining industry
- Willing to be available after hours/weekends for urgent mobs
- Able to be resilient and take on the fast paced, high intensity environment of the role
- A valid WA driver license
- Willing to travel when needed
- Free onsite parking (Kewdale)
