This company is currently offering two opportunities within its Airfreight Product division, each with unique focuses and specific skills required for success in the role. The details are:
Position 1 – Focussed on the operational management of several high profile global customers.
· Monthly business review meetings with key customer
· Daily co-ordination of team across multiple customers – technology industry global accounts
· Reporting interaction – excel spreadsheets
· Some commercial interactions with regional and local pricing desks and rate quote submissions to local customer
· Overseeing daily tasks across your team
· Additional customer interaction tasks with team supervisory responsibilities
Position 2 – Focuses on the billing, invoicing and reporting area for the Airfreight Product
· Overseeing daily tasks predominantly of invoicing of files and file financial reporting (revenue and cost capture at shipment level)
· Monitoring and investigating internal KPI’s on file level and co-ordinate staff to action to address (eg: unbilled files report; revenue leakage data: etc…)
· Ongoing creation and raising of monthly consolidated invoices for some key customers and sharing those invoices to internal finance team for accounts receivable follow up
· Overseeing processing of external EFT payments for external forwarder shipments which the company customs clear
· Additional financial / invoicing management as required
We are looking for:
· A Freight Forwarding professional who has proven experience in import airfreight operations and is career orientated and driven to take their career to the next level
· Team supervisory skills and abilities, including overseeing daily tasks and coordinating activities
· Ability to proactively manage client relationships and identify and address customer issues or concerns, working collaboratively with the team to find effective solutions.
· Proficient in reporting and analysis using Excel spreadsheets.
· CargoWise system experience /exposure a huge advantage

Salary: Up to $95K + Super (pending previous experience)
