New year New Job?

We are looking for a permanent Mortgage Broker to sit onsite with our Real Estate partner where you will work with our first home buyer customers. 

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to new and existing clients from the initial point of contact right through to settlement. 

What we offer

Responsibilities…..

• Engage directly with applications from clients
• Prepare preliminary assessment/reviews - loan calculations, assessment criteria for loan suitability
• Analyse supporting loan documentation to ensure all information required has been received and checked for compliance and fraud.
• Liaise with clients/lenders on a regular basis to gather information, retrieve documentation and process applications from the initial document preparation through to settlement.
• Order valuations
• Serviceability assessments

What we are looking for

• Cert IV in Mortgage Broking
• minimum 2 years experience
• Residential lending exposure (essential)
• Experience managing first home buyer customers
• Strong interpersonal, communications and negotiation skills
• An eye for detail and improving efficiencies
