You will be instrumental in having a true understanding of client's goals and objectives, linking them to customised mortgage solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable mortgage products.
- Educate clients on the intricacies of different mortgage options and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gather necessary documentation.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth and efficient application process.
- Stay informed about market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes.
- Provide clients with timely and relevant information to support their decision-making.
- Generate leads through various channels, such as networking events, social media, referrals and existing client base.
- Develop and nurture relationships with real estate professionals and other industry partners.
- 2 + years experience as a Mortgage Broker or Banker
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills and dedication to setting realistic client expectations.
- Understanding of mortgage products, lending regulations, and market dynamics.
- Data driven, with a strong ability to collect and process client information.
- Cert IV/Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to complete this)
- Work from home flexibility (after initial training period has concluded)
