We are looking for an individual to work as a Mortgage Broker meeting clients, completing assessments, making recommendations and seeing applications through from lodgement to settlement and beyond.
The person we are looking for may have been working in the finance sector for a few years maybe as a Mortgage Broker for a firm or self-employed broker or as an assistant to a broker or a backroom staff member, maybe you worked at a bank or maybe even as a car finance officer at a car yard, you want to make a change and we can help you.
As a Mortgage Broker our office can offer you a professional environment with other experienced Mortgage Brokers, some have worked in the industry for over 19 years. The office product and industry knowledge will assist you to find the best solutions to our clients’ needs. We offer a supportive environment where you can talk through scenarios with a team of brokers, finding the best solutions for our clients. You will have access to knowledge and can tap into our extensive web of Bank BDM and industry professionals, you will not be the last call the BDM makes for the day.
You will have access to industry leading CRM platform and training. The platform is visible to the team tracking each client from initial phone call through to settlement and post settlement activities. Our experienced brokers will be available to help discuss your assessments and recommendations providing greater certainty with your recommendations. The office atmosphere is one of learning and engagement we all take responsibility and help when required.
We want somebody that likes working in a group environment that can be part of a team that collectively is more, help us service our new and existing clients, we have strong client referrals, you will have lots of work here.
The pay structure will be commensurate with your experience and will be a commission only based renumeration.
