Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients’ financial situations to determine appropriate mortgage products.
- Provide expert advice on mortgage products and options, ensuring clients receive the best possible solutions.
- Negotiate with lenders on behalf of clients to secure the best rates and terms.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the mortgage market, including new products, policies, and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
- Manage the mortgage application process from initial inquiry through to settlement.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the industry and market trends to provide clients with accurate and current information
- Comfortablity and confidence leading a team of Mortgage Brokers.
- Proven experience with 3+ years as a Mortgage Broker.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, services, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Relevant industry qualifications and licensing.
- Past experience leading a team.
