Qualifications & experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Well-developed financial literacy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive broker support services to the Director and client base.
- General administration support and annual leave cover when required.
- Comprehensive use of MyCRM Systems.
- Pricing existing loans.
- Preparation of loan applications and management of process from loan lodgement to settlement.
- Generating property reports and ordering bank valuations.
- Preparing loan documentation for signing.
- Collating and verifying application supporting documentation.
- Lodgement of loans to Apply Online.
- Managing construction loan progress payments.
