About You:

If you love problem-solving, enjoy working with people, and have a desire to learn, you're halfway there. While prior mortgage industry experience is not necessary, having a basic understanding of finance and property will be advantageous.

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and be your own boss.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Keen interest in the Real Estate and Mortgage industry.
• Passion for building strong community relationships.
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking or willingness to obtain.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
