- Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Keeping track of Test Cases execution in Test Management Centre
- Develop and maintain comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Test and validate new systems and processes to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Tracking and maintaining Defects in Defects register
- Maintain documentation of data fields including data maps and screenshots
- Providing oversight during the migration activity
- You have extensive experience as a BA within the banking space working on projects or business change initiatives relating to a core banking upgrade – this is a must
- Strong Data Mapping experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Confidence to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.

- Leading our Canberra Branch, you will manage oversee a small close-knit team of home lending specialists and personal bankers while simultaneously monitoring the overall business performance of the branch and ensuring the provision of excellent member service is at the heart of what the branch does.

- You have previous experience in the home and personal lending space with good product knowledge – leadership experience is essential.
