This is an exciting time of growth for Mortgage Choice, but something that remains the same, is that our qualified mortgage brokers continue to provide first class customer service and advice to help our customers take control of their finances.
You will be surrounded by a highly skilled team and no two days will be the same. You will be involved in delivering exceptional customer service, following up on supporting documents, lodging loan applications and seeing them through to settlement. You will also be involved in the ongoing care of the customer with the support of our system and broader team. This role also gives you the opportunity to progress into Mortgage Broking through our internal Broker Training Program.
Initial Responsibilities:
File management for multiple loan applications.
Following and supporting an application through from lead to settlement
Performing data entry into CRM systems
Gathering and processing loan documents
Communicating with clients, lender partners and business contacts (eg Solicitors, real estate agents, accountants)
Maintaining and building client relationships - helping to achieve 5-star reviews by your exceptional service standards.
Understanding and supporting the business owner to achieve their goals.
Provide post-approval and settlement care to the customer

You will be placed on an accelerated training program to be a Mortgage Broker.
