Mortgage Credit Analyst

This role is perfect for candidates looking to leverage their current loan processing capabilities within an environment where they will be given the opportunity to grow into a mortgage broker within the business or a Senior Processing Manager.

Skillset required:

• experience in running lending serviceability scenarios and defining loan strategies
• have bank credit policy knowledge and experience (verified), preferably within the broker space across an array of lenders
• have an in-depth understanding of financial statements and tax returns
• be able to demonstrate well-developed analytical skills and a high attention to detail
• have great communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients, keeping them updated throughout the process of their application
• ability to talk directly to clients and have the ability to clearly articulate lending concepts and scenarios
• have a genuine commitment to your on-going professional development
• be a real team player who works well in a small team
• experience using the Infinity software system through Finsure is preferrable but not essential
