The opportunity
La Trobe Financial is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join its Mortgage Help team.

The key responsibilities of the role are responding to and resolving queries from internal and external stakeholders by phone or by email quickly and effectively, and providing administrative support to the entire Mortgage Help team.

The key responsibilities of a Customer Support Officer include:
- Responding to and resolving queries from internal and external stakeholders by phone or by email quickly and effectively;
- Increasing customer satisfaction and building loyalty through the provision of amazing, personal Customer Support; and
- Providing administrative support to the entire Mortgage Help team (including among other things, the payment of invoices, the collation of documents to be sent to external legal providers, the preparation and sending of correspondence to customers, collating and verifying of capitalisations, and completing required reporting);
- Helping to develop Mortgage HelpCustomer Support with new innovations and best practices in customer service and administration;
- Maintain reporting on number of inbound calls taken & inbound emails received; and
- Identifying and escalating potential risks.
About you:
- Tertiary graduate or in their final year of study and or exposure to similar corporate customer service and administrative roles would be highly regarded.
