Mortgage Processing Officer

We have a full time Mortgage Processing Officer role suitable for a licensed conveyancer or experienced paralegal looking to advance their career in the banking/finance or property sector. We are seeking a positive and proactive person with proven customer service experience and exceptional attention to detail to join our team as a Mortgage Processing Officer. Some of the key tasks include: Preparing and sending required mortgage documents according to client's instructions and regulatory requirements, to ensure compliance. Accurately identifying errors and outstanding requirements. This includes informing the client and advising relevant stakeholders of this information. Effectively liaise with the required parties via telephone and ensure all client requirements and special conditions have been satisfied, with any issues resolved promptly. Loading instructions, fees, and charges into the company's Database (docuPREP), and updating relevant systems with concise notes.
