As an important member of our sales team, you will be at the forefront of identifying and engaging potential customers across a variety of industries, including mining, oil & gas, manufacturing, construction, energy and more.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospect like a Pro: Utilize your keen eye for opportunity to identify potential customers within the Western Australian region, employing a variety of techniques including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
2.Project Management Extraordinaire: Keep a watchful eye on major projects, ensuring our services are considered for potential supply.
3. Nurturing Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with existing accounts while spearheading the development and execution of new business strategies. Your efforts will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
4. Master Negotiator: Strike profitable deals by skillfully negotiating pricing and contractual terms, ensuring both customer satisfaction and company profitability.
5. Information is Power: Keep management and the sales team in the loop with regular updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years in a similar role - ideally in recruiting, mining or adjacent industries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation abilities with a focus on win-win outcomes
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets.
