We require an experienced Motel Management Couplewith Food & Beverage experience highly desirable.The complex offers a 25 room motel, restaurant, outdoor pool, and grounds. This is a very hands on role for self driven couples who are able to impact the top and bottom line. A strong customer service background, with versatility across all departments is essential to be successful in this role.
The successful applicant will need to work closely with the Executive team and be willing to implement and drive marketing strategies throughout the year.
Duties and Responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to:
- Reception, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage & Maintenance duties
- Prioritise customer satisfaction
- Managing the staff and rosters
- Responding to on-line reviews
- Providing weekly/monthly reports to Group Manager
- Monitoring budgets while maintaining cost controls
- Monitoring yield management strategies
Experience required:
- Previous experience in a similar role highly regarded
- RMS or similar PMS exposure
- Accounting experience - with exposure to MYOB an advantage but not essential.
- Pool and Grounds Maintenance
- Kitchen and/or Restaurant Experience desirable
- FSS - Food Safety Supervisor Certificate - or willing to obtain
- RSA - NSW current
- Be willing to become an approved manager for the onsite Liquor Licence.
- First Aid - Current
