Form of workAn opportunity has arisen for experienced managers to manage East West Motel in Ceduna SA.
East West Motel is a 50 room older style motel that is clean and affordable, aiming at travelers and contractors.
Start - ASAP
Ideally you will have previous motel management and/or industry experience. You will have strong work ethics, perform well under pressure, have outstanding customer service and administrative skills and be able to lead a team of staff.
It would suit an enthusiastic couple (or 2 singles) with a hands-on, customer first approach.
Duties (but not limited to)
management of daily operations and performance of motel
reception duties and customer enquiries
ensure rooms and grounds are always presentable
light maintenance, gardening & pool
be able to meet KPIs
Accounting, payroll and bills are managed by off site staff.
