SalaryCeduna Dental are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Dental Receptionist. This position is full-time OR part-time and does not require any prior experience. We value a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and friendly environment.
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain patient records and update information as necessary.
Help with billing and insurance claims processing.
Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns or questions.
Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organised workspace.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient patient care.
Assist the dental team with various procedures, including preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, assisting the dentist.
Fully funded Certificate III in Dental Assisting offered to successful applicant
Requirements:
No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training will be provided.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with dental software is preferred but not essential
Fully funded Certificate III offered to successful applicant
