As a highly valued part of the Endeavour Energy team you will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient maintenance and breakdown service (including being on a standby roster) to ensure that the company fleet operates in an efficient, safe, reliable and compliant manner.
Key Accountabilities
- Organise and/or conduct inspection, maintenance & repair (IMR) related activities safely, efficiently and competently.
- Coordinate the work operations to ensure the appropriate parts and equipment are functional and available for vehicle and plant maintenance to meet the customer's needs.
- Arrange and conduct Roads and Maritime Service (RMS) inspections, as required, on the vehicles and trailers within the depot area to ensure that they are delivered for inspection and registered on time.
- Organising and/or conducting IMR and fault diagnostic activities for the Endeavour Energy fleet, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, body and paint work in order to provide and maintain an efficient, safe, reliable and compliant company fleet. This comprises working at various Endeavour Energy fleet maintenance workshops, FSCs & substations and other off-site locations.
- Scheduling, coordinating and accurate recording of IMR activities in consideration of safety, downtime, task-specific timeframes and cost, in consideration of workloads, priorities and effective use of external service providers as appropriate.
- For Authorised Inspection Stations depots, the position holder must adhere to all statutory and RMS requirements and ensure the RMS inspection bookwork is completed in a compliant manner.
- Managing the security and integrity of the workplace and the company fleet to prevent and/or minimise the potential of damage and theft.
- Maintaining the workplace, tools and equipment safely, clean and efficiently is consistent with Occupational Health and safety and Environment Protection standards.
- Monitoring and reporting of trends to the Workshop Supervisor.
- Ordering and effectively organising - pick up & delivery, storage, usage and payment of spare parts & consumables for the completion of scheduled and un-scheduled IMR activities in an efficient manner.
- Being on call as part of the standby roster and flexibility in shift times is essential.

- Technical- Trade Certificate - Automotive Engineering related
- Certificate III
- M.V.R.I.C Motor Vehicle Repair Industry Council Licence
