Job Description
- We are looking for a full-time qualified Motor Mechanic with at least 3 years prior experience. You will be required to undertake the following duties
- Diagnosis of automotive vehicles (various makes and models).
- Ability to figure out the fault, repair and provide the best possible solution
- Mechanical repairs including periodic servicing, brakes repair, clutches and timing belts repair/replacement on different makes and models.
- Inspect and run diagnostic tests to discover functional issues.
- Dismantle and replace or repair the defective part or equipment.
- Change engine and transmission oils.
- Conduct quality checks before returning vehicles.
- Adhere and follow work safety guidelines, report any hazards, general housekeeping and workshop maintenance.
- Australian Qualifications (Certificate III or IV)
- Minimum 3 years prior experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- High attention to detail
Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, efficient and has good work ethics. Current Victorian Driver's License is must.
