SalaryOur client is currently seeking a reliable and dedicated individual with an MR Licence to join their team as a Gas Cylinder Delivery Driver. As a driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of gas cylinders to various locations throughout Gippsland's on a daily basis. This is a physically demanding role that involves delivery of gas cylinders. Based out of Bairnsdale Vic.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a truck
- Load and unload gas cylinders using manual techniques for Household, Forklift and Swap & Go bottles.
- Deliver gas cylinders to multiple sites across the Gippsland areas
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on the vehicle
- Operate a Forklift and Hold a Forklift license or willing to obtain.
- Assist filling gas bottles when required.
Requirements:
- Valid MR Licence with 3 years recent experience
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting on a daily basis
- Good driving record with a commitment to safety
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Good communication and customer service skills
