About the Role

As a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) at TGE, you will lead key Strategic Accounts, maximising our profile, and fostering customer loyalty. Collaborating within a Strategic Accounts team under the guidance of a Head of Strategic Accounts, you will be instrumental in developing, expanding, and solidifying long-term relationships that drive business retention and expansion across our customer footprint and network. Identify and develop growth opportunities with customers.


What You'll Do

  • Develop, implement, and review customers' growth and sales strategy.
  • Build executive-level relationships beyond operational/procurement.
  • Drive sustainable growth by expanding current services and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
  • Identify key customer strategic imperatives and position GE for new business opportunities.
  • Lead in creating a seamless customer experience, engaging with internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee key strategic, financial & operational reporting processes between TGE and the customer.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Extensive sales proposal and sales presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building experience from C-Suite down.
  • Experience developing strategies to retain and grow a customer portfolio.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of key market segments, strategic market trends, and digital ecommerce.
