MR DRIVERS / DOCKHANDS

Red Rock are currently recruiting MR Truck Drivers& Dockhands for temporary to permanent positions in Willawong.

These roles will be working with a 100% Australian family-owned business with a large focus on delivering safe operations of the destruction of clinical, pharmaceutical and commercial/industrial waste.

MR DRIVERS

Job Description:

• Driving on set routes to multiple pick-up locations across Brisbane (hospitals/vets/morgues etc)
• Early starts (4am-2pm) - possibly longer
• Need to be physically fit as it involves lifting / stacking the bins in the back of the truck.

On Offer:

• $34.53/hr + penalties
• Temp to Perm - Permanent placements available.
• Immediate start
• 40-50 hours guaranteed every week.
• 4:00 AM Starts

Successful candidates for the role must possess the following:

• MUST be able to provide a clear National Police Check.
• Current MR license
• Own car and License
• Strong stomach as you will be dealing with medical, pharmaceutical and industrial waste.
• Able to commit to weekend work.
• Must be able to provide a current reference.
• At least two COVID-19 vaccinations

DOCKHANDS

Requirements for the role are:

• High Risk Forklift Licence (ESSENTIAL)
• Demonstrated forklift driving experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks.
• A mechanical aptitude
• Be able to work on morning/afternoon shifts.
• $33.46 p/hr to $ $38.14 p/hr with penalties
• Attention to detail.
• Be able to handle some bad smells etc as you are working with a large Waste Company.
• Own PPE, transport and licence
• Must have, or willing to obtain, a National Police Check (ESSENTIAL)
• Double vaccinated for COVID 19 (ESSENTIAL)
