Mr Pud Driver Required (Coolum Qld)

Depot Location: Coolum

Successful leading transport and logistics company seeking an experienced driver for the Coolum Depot.

Driver Role:

As a Local Driver your main responsibility is to ensure the efficient operation of the transportation and distribution of freight.

This is a FULL-TIME permanent position working from 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday 40 hours a week.

The position will include duties such as but will not be limited to:

• Perform 30-55 deliveries (general freight + pallet) daily, some will be hand unloaded and some fork on - fork off.
• 2-3 scheduled pickups per day
• Safely operate and conduct vehicle checks of your assigned  vehicle
• Maintain all freight, parcels and documentation.

In order to be successful in this role you must possess the following skills, attributes and qualifications:

• Minimum manual MR Drivers License (Essential).
• Current Forklift License  (preferred)
• PDA Experience is preferred
• Experience in the Transport and Logistics industry preferred
• Current license history report for the previous five (5) years.
• Proof of Working Rights - valid Passport and/or Birth Certificate
• A high level of understanding for safe work practices relevant to the industry.
• Can do attitude.
• Professional and focused at all times. Reliability.
• Exceptional Work Ethic.

Must be able to provide the follow if requested:

• Provide/Prepared to undertake a Pre-employment medical including drug test.
• Ability to provide current National Police Clearance (obtained within the last three months)
