MS Office Suite Trainer

Passionate about technology and sharing your knowledge? We’re searching for a talented Technology Trainer (contract) to join our dynamic team in Townsville!

In this role, you’ll:

• Deliver engaging, instructor-led training on various software applications (think Microsoft Office Suite, PDF tools, and more)
• Help maximise productivity by showcasing advanced features, shortcuts, and tips.

You’re a perfect fit if you have:

• Proven experience training and supporting users on tech applications.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Office, especially MS Project and Office 365
• A knack for creating clear and engaging training materials (presentations, handouts, exercises)
• The ability to adapt training to diverse audiences (beginners, advanced users)
• A passion for staying updated on the latest MS Office features and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Bonus points for:

• Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification
• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) Certification
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, IT, Education, Business)
• Master’s degree or certifications in instructional design or adult education
