We specialize in Computer, IT, Print and Managed Service Provider with a large client base of local companies. Along with support, we see our job as MSP specialists to assist clients with technology planning, recommend upgrades or enhancements, and implement solutions to align their IT infrastructure with their business goals.
We are seeking to expand our team and are looking for an MSP Help Desk Specialist.
The Job
- Proactive monitoring and maintenance of client IT systems
- Technical support and assistance to our clients
- Managing service requests, and ensuring timely resolution
- Documentation of issue details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
- Applying IT skills/knowledge in Network environments at client sites
The Person
The ideal candidate will be an experienced technician with at least 2 years of computer repair experience, preferably with some tertiary or vendor training. A personal desire to keep up with technology and strong customer communication skills will also be an advantage.
The successful applicant should possess –
- Good IT skills and networking knowledge
- Experience in a Help Desk or technical support role, preferably within an MSP environment
- Strong ability to diagnose and trouble-shoot technical problems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current manual drivers license
- Honesty, enthusiasm & reliability
- Microsoft certification would preferred however not essential
