Multi-Site Manager | Boardriders| Cairns

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Cluster Manager, you will work collaboratively with the greater Cairns team, driving results for a key area for the business. In this role you will be responsible for:

• Creating a sales driven culture within the group through daily coaching and support
• Ensuring all KPI's are met with a strong focus on customer service
• Supporting your stores in execution of store merchandising, reacting to business requirements to drive sales results
• Analysis of sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming stores or categories
• Recruitment, performance and career development of your teams
• Stock feedback and inventory management

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager who has proven sales results and a passion for leading and building high performing teams. You will have gained your retail knowledge and expertise within a large format, fashion outlet retailer with exposure to the wider commercial side of the business.

In addition, you will need:

• Proven experience in a volume retail sales environment incorporating front line sales and supervision of staff, preferably with multi-site accountabilities in an Area or Cluster Manager role
• Knowledge of human resource and personnel management principles, including experience with recruitment and selection
• Excellent interpersonal skills appropriate to deal with a range of staff, customers and stakeholders
• Be driven by the challenge of achieving and exceeding sales budgets
• Passion for the surf lifestyle and providing an exceptional customer experience
• A proven track record in achieving sales budgets and bottom line profits
• High level of communication skills and an ability to build relationships
• Strong business acumen and the desire to develop your career in retail
