We're seeking a Mechanical Services Site Manager to oversee the execution of mechanical projects in Perth.

Role description:
Working in a team alongside a Project Manager you will take ownership of the site-based delivery of our commercial HVAC projects in and around Perth. As a direct labour company, you will oversee and work within a team of D&E site staff including Pipe Fitters, Refrigeration Installers and Duct Installers, as well as the supervision of Electrical and Commissioning subcontractors.
Responsibilities:
- Consumables procurement – ordering of materials from local suppliers required to install ductwork, pipework, plant & equipment.
- Materials take-offs – reviewing construction drawings and creating a bill of quantities needed to complete the project.
- Progress reporting – submit weekly progress reports to senior management detailing project status, milestones achieved, and any issues encountered.
- Timesheets – Complete weekly timesheets for internal staff members to submit to Payroll.
- Quality control – implement quality assurance measures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance with relevant standards and project specifications.
- Attending meetings – attend pre-starts, site walks and subcontractor meetings.
- Safety – contribute to the development of SWMS and hold regular toolbox talks with site teams.
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial Mechanical Services pipework, refrigeration, or ductwork.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organisational and time management abilities.
- Experience in Excel & Outlook
