Multi-Skilled Heavy Machinery Operator

Maxima Recruitment Services has been engaged to source an experienced Multi-Skilled Heavy Machinery Operator for our client who is a leader in sustainable aggregate, crushed rock and concrete products to civil construction, residential and commercial building sites. We are looking for a motivated, trustworthy, loyal operators with a Safety-First attitude who has a minimum of 2 years’ experience driving Heavy Machinery and Operating Crushing Equipment within the Quarrying Industries. Hours: Monday to Friday 6am till 5pm and 4pm till 3am -OT if needed available.

Pay rate: $35-$38ph plus penalties (depending on your level of experience) The key responsibilities are: Operating fixed (Quarry crushing plant) and mobile equipment. HR Truck, Loader, Excavator. Carting crushed rock from quarry to fixed plant.

Manual cleaning and clearing of rock/dirt material as required. Supporting the Quarry Manager, Site Coordinator and Team Leader to safely and effectively coordinate the sites operations. Promoting a healthy and safe work environment.

To be successful in this role you will have: Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident. Experience in operating and maintaining Quarry mobile equipment. Front

End Loader Licence & experience essential. Have knowledge in fixed plant and mobile plant operations. Ability to work well with a small team.
