SalaryExperienced Multi Skilled Plant Operator
Seeking a competent and able Multi Skilled Plant Operator & truck driver to join our team with an immediate start, operating late model machines.
Coles Earthworks is an established family run business located on Tamborine Mountain with over 25 years of experience, specialising in all areas of earthmoving. We provide excellent service to all our customers, from small to larger projects.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in operating machinery in civil and earthmoving (excavator, bobcat & positrack experience a must)
- Truck/tipper experience – HC licence would be highly regarded (Minimum MR)
- Experience in all aspects of earthworks e.g. site cuts, clearing, trenching and footings for builders/plumbers, final trim, rock wall building etc.
- Ability to work as part of a team or unsupervised
- Be dedicated, reliable and hardworking
- Mechanically minded operators will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills
- Hold a current Australian driver’s licence - minimum MR
- Hold relevant operating tickets
- Hold an industry white card
Pay details and conditions:
- Casual position initially with possible overtime
- Possibility to become full time for the right person
- Monday to Friday, consistent hours between 7.00am – 5:00pm
- Great working conditions on well maintained, reliable equipment
- Pay rate between $45 - $55 per hour depending on experience
