About the role
We are currently seeking a Multi-State Manager to drive sales and customer experience whilst also ensuring the strong operational performance, profitability, and growth of 25 stores across VIC, SA, WA and TAS. The Multi-State Manager will lead their region like a true business owner and will be responsible all parts of the business from recruitment, training, performance management and also for achieving critical KPIs such as sales, margin growth, customer feedback, and net profitability of stores. This role will suit a strong people coach who is passionate about developing a high-achieving sales and operational excellence culture.

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant industry experience.
- Extensive retail experience including multi-site leadership, driving sales and profit growth, coaching effective teams in a KPI driven environment and delivery of operational excellence.
- Proactive, organised and strong attention to detail.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks with diverse personalities.
- Lead and inspire teams to consistently deliver more and exceed targets and expectations.
- Identify problems, propose solutions, and implement effective strategies to resolve issues.
- Experience in working in a similair style retail business with a strong focus on commercial results and high performance
