The Role:

Lead a dynamic team overseeing 18 stores across multiple states, and be the driving force behind the success of Cable Melbourne. The Ethical Recruitment Collaborative proudly represents Austin Group, an Australian fashion icon as we go on the hunt for a talented Multi-State Manager to lead their Cable Melbourne team, overseeing 18 stores nationwide.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Lead the team of 18 Store Managers,
• Drive daily operations,
• Shape the success of Cable Melbourne.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations nationally.
• Providing training, coaching, and leadership to your team.
• Maximizing sales and managing operational standards.
• Interstate travel, ensuring all of your stores are supported and nurtured.
• Supporting new store openings.
• Recruiting high-caliber team members.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-4 years' multi-site management in retail apparel.
• Department store and boutique experience desirable.
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and fashion expertise.
• Commitment to the Cable Melbourne brand.
• Proven success in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
• Based in Melbourne, this dynamic, hands-on role requires a leader with a strong fashion background, a passion for customer service, and a focus on results.
