A dynamic Federal Government department is looking to engage multiple experienced Administration Officers to join a friendly team in Sydney, Brisbane or Canberra. In this role you will be responsible for providing administration, corporate and executive support activities across multiple divisions. The successful Administration Officers to be offered a 6-month contract with the view to extend for a further 12 months.
The successful Administration Officers will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Scheduling meetings, diary management, collating meeting documents and travel coordination
- Providing secretariat support including the development of agendas and minute taking
- Supporting HR and recruitment processes including the coordination of IT and infrastructure resources
The successful Administration Officers will have experience in the following:
- Previous administration experience working on technology or business projects
- Experience in providing secretariat services
- Experience in using SAP for finance and invoicing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Well developed documentation skills
