Data Entry / Administrator- Location: Woolloongabba
- Details: Part-time, Mon-Fri, two shifts available: 5am-9am and 6am-10am. Must be able to work the same shift time every weekday.
- Rate: $32.73 per hour + super
- Start Date: 01/07/2024
- Responsibilities:
- Scanning goods received and logging items into the system.
- Preparing goods for the suspicious items scanner.
- Re-boxing goods ready for delivery.
- General Data Entry and administration tasks.
- Requirements:
- Must pass a police check.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Location: Woolloongabba
- Details: Part-time, Mon-Fri, two shifts available: 5am-9am and 6am-10am. *** Must be available for full-time training for one week starting 24/06 in Geebung and then available for the chosen shift from 01/07 onwards at the Gabba. ***
- Rate: $43.90 per hour + super
- Start Date: 24/06/2024 for training, 01/07/2024 for regular shifts.
- Responsibilities:
- Supervising and training staff
- Overseeing daily operations during assigned shifts
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Running toolbox meetings where required
- Overseeing of site safety compliance
- Mentorship and leadership of team
- Requirements:
- Staff training and leadership experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of supply chain operations i.e. warehouse, dispatch or similar
- Location: Woolloongabba
- Details: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 5am-2pm.
- Rate: Competitive hourly wage + super
- Start Date: 01/07/2024
- Responsibilities:
- Coordinating transport and logistics of inbound / outbound goods - ensuring timeliness and efficiency of the dispatch / receivals area
- Keep track of consumables and order/print when required - Ink, Stamps, Labels, Security tags, Mailing Cards/Labels.
- Organise ad hoc couriers as required
- Contact agencies when parcels arrive that cannot be screened through the machine. Confirm that the parcel is expected and then organise for delivery/pickup.
- Further investigation may be required, such as searching the sender and identifying legitimacy.
- Requirements:
- Experience in dispatch/logistics administration.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Stakeholder relationship management skills
- Previous leadership experience
