Embark on a pivotal role with us as the Pharmacy Services Data Entry Administrator, a newly created position that promises to be a game-changer in streamlining our daily invoicing processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to explore offshore Data Entry solutions while ensuring a seamless integration with our Central Ordering team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurately input daily invoice data into the Minfos POS system.
- Collaborate with the Central Ordering team to ensure all discounts are applied, and stock is entered correctly for accurate COGS.
- Maintain database integrity through meticulous Data Entry practices.
- Liaise with Stock Support team members in each pharmacy and PBA Services (Accounts Team) to ensure timely and accurate entry of purchase orders.
- Enter Symbion invoices daily into Minfos with precision.
- Utilise the DAISY invoice management system for the entry of direct orders.
- Process inventory transfers efficiently.
- Work closely with Stock Support/PBA services to ensure all invoices are entered before the end of the month.
Skills and Experience:
- Exceptional communication skills, ensuring clarity and precision.
- Strong administrative skills with acute attention to detail.
- Ability to follow procedures and adhere to required processes.
- Proficient in PC skills and computer-based applications.
- Previous pharmacy experience, particularly working with Minfos POS, would be a valuable advantage.
